About Matthew Lancor
Health starts in the gut.Strength begins within.I work at the intersection of engineering, food systems, and operations.My background includes manufacturing automation, sensors and controls, and hands-on experience supporting complex industrial environments. Outside of work, I’ve spent years training and competing as a rugby athlete, which shaped a practical interest in performance, recovery, and durability.That interest led to building and supporting food, beverage, and agriculture ventures grounded in real inputs, disciplined processes, and long-term thinking.Much of the work centers on gut health, hydration, and fermentation as foundational systems for physical and mental performance.This includes building Kombuchade, a sports kombucha focused on real salt, real fermentation, and products that are functional, approachable, and easy to use in active settings.I’m drawn to work where function, flavor, and regenerative systems intersect. approaches that respect natural processes while remaining practical, sustainable, and economically durable.The focus is on building products and systems that do what they claim, support community, and endure over time.
