ABOUT MATTHEW LAIR

Howdy, Partners! I’m currently exploring new career opportunities where I can combine my enthusiasm for building meaningful relationships with a deep commitment to public service. Last spring, I completed a two-month intensive culinary program at École Ducasse in Paris—an experience that sharpened both my discipline and cultural perspective. Most recently, I consulted for a crypto hedge fund in Abu Dhabi, helping to establish their regional presence and deepen cross-border partnerships. I followed this experience with months of cultural immersion and travel throughout the global south. I began my professional journey as a research assistant for the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee, where I supported public health investigations and helped build bipartisan legislative coalitions. I’m especially eager to return to mission-driven work where I can grow as a leader and contribute to the common good—whether in government, policy, or international development.
