Spearheaded all operations from scratch, including development of financial plan, lease structuring, tenant onboarding, marketing, and recruiting/training long-term management team. Achieved 60% occupancy within 60 days through aggressive, data-informed leasing strategies and local partnerships. Designed and oversaw value-add renovations, unit upgrades, amenity package, and the rollout of building systems.May 2024 - August 2024:Project manager for Germantown, Philadelphia single-family full gut development project. Sourcing and overseeing building plans & permits, demolition, framing, electric, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and all other construction requirements.May, 2022 - April, 2023:Oversaw general management and leasing of 228 unit mixed residential-hotel property across the street from Independence Hall, Philadelphia. Responsible for stabilizing and maintaining high occupancy, maximizing tenant satisfaction, heading development projects (ex. designing new apartments, basement parking, rooftop patios, new amenities spaces, etc.), growing vendor relationships, hiring/training/managing staff, and ultimately identifying permanent management company.Assisted in development of 161 unit transitional family homeless shelter, 39 unit single male homeless shelter, and workforce housing. Met with city agencies, architects, and service providers.
