   Cerberus is a global leader in alternative investing with approximately $60 billion in assets across complementary credit, private equity, and real estate platforms. • Head of COAC Business Operations for Cerberus Operations, the Firm’s proprietary operating platform. • Leading the COAC initiatives pertaining to Business Operations and Human Resources. Focusing on streamlining and enhancing COAC’s operational and human capital processes, including time / cost allocation, staffing, financial reporting, process implementation and documentation, system implementations and training, employee engagement, and performance management. • Restructured the Business Operations Department to ensure best practices across the platform including accuracy of time and cost allocations, expediting collections and return of funds to LPs, and the development of a monthly operating review (MOR) package. • Drove two system upgrades for the Firm’s time reporting and allocation system, Elite. • Supported the implementation of a new vendor management system (Basware) and the Firm’s HRIS system (Workday). • Leading cross functional teaming with the Firm’s management company accounting and operations professionals to enhance operational effectiveness across the platform.
