Serve as Club Director in charge of all recreation at \"Marina City Club,\" including tennis, fitness facility, pickleball, pools, and social activities.•• Reinvented fitness facility’s business model by spearheading a full remodel and renovation, rebranding the business to rival local high-end fitness offerings, and in turn increasing revenue significantly by raising membership rates to reflect the value of the newly upgraded club experience.•• Implemented additional new revenue streams such as an annual membership fee, increased initiation and guest fees, and a new payment structure for independently contracted tennis pros and personal trainers that increased club\'s cut of revenue based on contractor production.•• Managed club\'s social media on Instagram to increase membership and community exposure by using paid social media advertising with geo-specific targeting.•• Ensured business collected the maximum revenue owed, by discovering and collecting thousands of dollars in back-owed dues during Covid. Achieved this by doing system research to find members using the outdoor facilities although their accounts were on freeze. Without this research, this loss in revenue would have gone unnoticed.
