ABOUT MATTHEW KEMP
Thirty-four years of law enforcement experience which include investigative work, patrol work, SWAT, Honor Guard, and Correctional work. Eight years military experience which include supervisory and development positions, Drill Instruction, leadership training and practical application. I am a graduate of the FBI National Academy and have a master\'s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a certificate from the University of Virginia. I have eighteen years as a police instructor and have been an adjunct professor for the Mercer County Community College for their Criminal Justice curriculum and Journalism classes. I have been guest speaker at many events and schools.
