Project Manager leading resilience, energy assurance, infrastructure and GHG projects. • Lead multi-disciplinary teams working across ICF. • Some examples of my work have included: o Manager of multiple projects with state energy offices including state energy security plans for multiple states o Conducted regional energy studies outlining energy gas supply chains and evaluating inter-dependencies. o Provided support to the Department of Energy\'s Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response prior, during, and post extreme weather events. Provided expertise related to oil and gas supply chains including onshore/offshore production, natural gas processing, refining, pipelines, ports, railways, and tankers. o Supported EPA\'s Global Methane Initiative, where I led and coordinated diverse teams of methane emissions specialists, gas plant staff, and junior engineers. The team conducted methane measurement studies at several downstream natural gas facilities in Thailand and Indonesia, including evaluation of methane emissions, pertinent equipment, and operations. o Led projects supporting utilities in decarbonization planning.
