Currently serving as the Senior Pastor of The Sanctuary in Columbus, Indiana. served 12 years in the heathcare field and is a Board Certified Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator. Last position in the surgery center field was working as the Administrator of a multi-specialty surgery center in the heart of Northeast Missouri. The surgery center hosted five thousand cases a year while utilizing two operating rooms, one GI lab, and one pain management room. Manage a multi-million dollar budget while ensuring profits and distributions exceeded expectations. Prior to the ambulatory surgery industry, working at a hospital system and was responsible for public and media relations activities for one hospital and 17 off-site facilities.
