Matthew leads WSP’s award-winning Landscape and Urban Design team of over 100 landscape architects with national presence across the UK. Matthew has over 25 years experience working as a landscape professional within local government and the private sector in the UK and Gulf region. He is a highly motivated individual with excellent commercial awareness and communication skills who values interdisciplinary working and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve creative, sustainable outcomes with multiple benefits. Matthew combines strategic and innovative thinking with excellent technical knowledge and has a strong track record of delivering a wide variety of projects ranging in scale and complexity that include strategic and feasibility studies, infrastructure & highways, water & flood management, urban realm & rural landscape projects, street design, schools & housing, public parks & gardens often involving close working with local communities.
