I have a strong passion for learning and continuing to develop my skills in all aspects of life. The Finance/Insurance industry is very intriguing to me. I can help set long term goals to get outcomes just like the training world. I would be helping people and businesses which is my number one passion in life. I consider myself a lifelong learner and will always go the extra mile in what I do. I am a research oriented person when it comes to sales and devote myself to thoroughly understanding the benefits of the products I sell and services I deliver. With a thorough understanding, and continued commitment to staying on top of industry standards and best practice, I am able to achieve company and professional goals. As a leader in my profession, I have enjoyed getting to know many different personality types, understanding what motivates people and how to motivate them, and adapting my approach based on what they need. I am a very driven person and continuously strive to be better at what I do. I enjoy meeting and getting to know people from all walks of life, conveying the value of what it is I have to offer them, and helping them to make decisions that will benefit them long term.
