Oversee performance and risk management across programming and facility operations. Increased center budget from $2.5M (FY21) to $4.7M (FY25) through strategic fundraising and grant acquisition. Drive new grant writing and proposals, grant lifecycle management, strategic funder relationships, and ongoing funder reporting with experience across diverse public and private funding organizations, philanthropic businesses, and individual donors Provide strategic programmatic and financial analysis to Division Director and Chief Operations Officer. Built cross-sector partnerships with local government, hospitals, universities, businesses, and nonprofit service providers to address major crises including COVID-19 and the 2024 collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge. Foster a bilingual (Spanish/English), culturally inclusive environment reflecting the community served. Build and sustain teams across new and established programming, and during moments of stable, and dynamic or unpredictable external environments. Restructured an Immigration Legal Services Team impacted by high turnover and below-market compensation levels to establish a stable structure designed to facilitate succession planning, stability in team culture, work-life balance, and ongoing team development and learning. Lead change management and communication planning during program restructure following 2025 reductions in federal funding levels.
