I am responsible for the growth and development of the M&G Advice Academy.Our Academy is a specialist programme of training, resources and support, designed to attract new talent to M&G Wealth Advice. Our Academy gives trainees the relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to become a successful financial adviser. Support is provided throughout a two-year training period to enable trainees to gain their mandatory qualifications, set up their own advice business as an Appointed Representative (AR) of M&G Wealth Advice or join an existing AR business.
