Office terrace areas. 2 levels of basements, Roof plant and pavilion.• Contract Value- • Role- Project manager- Answers to Construction Director. Responsible for day to day running and co-ordination on site. Heavily involved with the Design co-ordination between trades and consultants to eliminate buildability issues and ensure we are delivering to our clients expectations and the highest quality. Focused on finishing Ground floor, B1 and B2 levels which included Main Reception, ground floor lift Lobby and Main entrances. Toilets, Showers, changing rooms and Drying room facilities. Bike store and bike maintenance areas. Plant rooms and corridors.
