ABOUT MATTHEW HULL

Passionate about sustainability and its integration into business. I am a keen learner and self-starter; I\'ve enjoyed 3 internships across the last 3 years and have recently graduated from the University of Bath with a BSc(Hons) Business degree with a 2:1.I spent time gaining experience working for a sustainable coffee start-up with an emphasis on traceability. By engaging in the sales side, I could further my understanding of both consumer relations while building on my learning around sustainability. This passion was built upon through working within Kraft Heinz, an FMCG. I devised and launched a leadership development program for aspiring and new managers, alongside running the intro to the weekly Northern Europe meeting as DJ. I furthered my skills by helping to run the Big Team Challenge at the University of Bath on behalf of Kraft Heinz.These learnings were built upon in my experience at Wild Cosmetics where I helped manage 3 marketing channels and kickstarted influencer affiliate marketing in the UK. Alongside this, I enjoyed working on other projects, such as delivering learnings from marketing campaigns I ran, offering recommendations for the trajectory of future campaigns.Now, back at Kraft Heinz and excited for what’s ahead!
