Work in collaboration with the wider Reward Team, HR and business colleagues to understand their key business requirements and recommend appropriate reward and reporting solutions • Support collective pay negotiations and processes by providing relevant market data, undertaking employee modelling/analysis and supporting the business. • Use modelling techniques to understand potential impacts of reward proposals and influence decision making. • Evaluate and benchmark new roles using Hay Job Evaluation methodology. Submit market intelligence surveys to create salary ranges globally and work with the business to carry out salary range reviews to ensure that the salary ranges are fit for purpose. • Support the development, maintenance and implementation of Reward policies • Support M&A/TUPE activities by evaluating roles, costing and comparing packages and supporting implementation • Delivery of the annual reward review. • Review incentives plans against external market practices and make recommendations to ensure they are competitive. • Support the governance of reward programme to our internal and externally regulated standards.
