I regularly act for private equity sponsors, corporates, investment banks, hedge funds and asset managers on finance and corporate/strategic advisory matters across the capital structure and credit spectrum, including acquisition finance, distressed debt investing, restructurings, special situations lending and loan-to-own transactions. I have extensive experience in complex lending structures across a variety of banking products such as term loans, revolving credit facilities, PIK loans, corporate and high yield bonds and shareholder loans, as well as related credit support, security and intercreditor arrangements.
