My career began in Analytics, but I swiftly transitioned to IT Research and Advisory when I discovered the joy of business transformation through IT. At Info-Tech Research Group, my role as Commercial Partner blends my adept interpersonal skills with an analytical approach honed during my Economics studies at the Ted Rogers School of Management. Together with my team, we\'ve integrated IT solutions that resonate with our clients\' needs, ensuring a seamless experience that fosters enduring partnerships. Previously, our collective efforts at H&C Home Services led to a significant uptick in revenues, thanks to a strategy that emphasized customer engagement and service excellence.
