ABOUT MATTHEW HODGEN
I have actively been involved in start-up companies and corporate development for over two decades. Throughout those years, I\'ve held such positions as Director, VP, COO, CEO and President. With A & EJ I teamed up with a previous business partner to expand the company from 1 location to 26 cities across the US. Notable cities include: SF, Beverly Hills, Manhattan, West Palm Beach, Miami, Houston, Tulsa, Denver, and Birmingham. As Director of Business Development for Caribbean Gemological Institute, I restructured CGI and expanded operations throughout the greater Caribbean and through proper forecasting and corporate positioning, was able to take over the majority market share of all similar competing companies throughout the Caribbean. During my tenure as Vice President of Sales and Operations for AGI, Inc, the investment arm of a single family office which dealt in all sectors of the investment realm including real estate, I built a small portfolio of companies to provide the firm a balanced spread of both transactional and residual based revenue models. The portfolio consisted of- Traveling Conference - Investment RE Brokerage - RE Brokerage - Wholesale Brokerage - Management Co- Distressed Asset Fund - Social Networking Website - Loan Modification Co- Investment Co. I have also traveled around the country speaking on such topics as Real Estate, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Manager Selection, etc. As the Chief Executive Officer of Macian Wealth Management, we have built an extremely broad based platform which caters to a specific family niche, and extends to small-mid sized companies and their owner/operators. As this market continually develops, we remain nimble and carefully work to provide the utmost availability of product and service to our clients. Now as the President of Royal Strategy Consulting, the focus is towards venture for family offices.
