My team has achieved an annual customer retention rate averaging 95% since 2019.I served as the integration leader for transitioning Moore’s Operations Group, Account Management Group, and employee benefits through company acquisition from Moore Landscapes to Yellowstone Landscape and was also the IT leader throughout year-long integration of cloud-based software from Moore’s to Yellowstone’s systems.
