As an Associate in our Commercial Real Estate team at Burness Paull LLP, I have experience advising a variety of private and public sector clients - investors, developers and occupiers - on all aspects of commercial real estate work including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, asset management of existing investment portfolios, and advising both borrowers and institutional lenders in real estate finance transactions. I have also acted in the acquisition, sale and funding of renewable energy projects.I sit as a BPF Futures Member on the SPF’s Commercial Real Estate Committee, who are responsible for making industry representations to the Scottish Government to try to shape policy in Scotland and driving forward change.I am also the BPF Futures Ambassador for Burness Paull LLP, relaying information on learning and networking opportunities from the BPF Futures Advisory Board to colleagues. & feature=youtu.be
