ABOUT MATTHEW HENDERSHOT
I currently have over 14 years of experience in the successful operation and maintenance of: mechanical, electrical, chemical, and radiological systems in support of Naval nuclear power as well as commercial nuclear power plants. I have extensive experience in: planning, managing, and the supervision of maintenance including special complex evolutions. As a certified Senior Reactor Operator (SRO), I am knowledgeable in technical areas that include (but are not limited to) operations and fundamentals of all reactor plant, steam plant, electrical generation, and auxiliary equipment. Furthermore, I have demonstrated success in project management, first line supervision, reactor plant / steam plant chemistry control, quality assurance, operations training, and radiological controls used in nuclear applications.
