Includes equipment procurement, ROI calculations, strategic manpower allocation, & detailed Autocad layout ownership. • Plan and implement automation/ Industry 4.0 projects across Lear JIT plants to optimize material flow (AGV, AMR, ASRS applications) • Oversee and drive long term plant improvement projects that require coordination across corporate and plant management • Evaluate and propose equipment changes to optimize processes and reduce manpower • Take micro level part information and organize it in a way that allows for macro level operations planning
