As a finance and investor relations leader with over 20 years of experience, I have a proven track record of driving equity value creation and building high-value relationships with key stakeholders within business organizations and the capital markets. I hold the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) credential, which demonstrates my commitment to the highest standards of ethics and professional excellence in the investment industry. In 2024, I completed the Chief Financial Officer Program at Columbia Business School; including elective coursework in Advanced Financial Statement Analysis, Leveraged Buyouts, and a three-day on-campus program titled \"The Business of AI\".I am currently the Chief Financial Officer at Professional Tax Alliance, a financial services company that provides Tax Preparation, Audit Assistance, Virtual Bookkeeping, Compliance, and Fractional C-Suite Consulting services to more than corporate and individual clients nationwide. As CFO, I am responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the firm\'s financial activities, human resources, and strategic growth initiatives. I also lead business development efforts for the firm\'s Fractional C-Suite Consulting division, where I leverage the insights gained throughout my career to advise corporate clients on sound financial and strategic decision making. Prior to joining Professional Tax Alliance, I was the Vice President of Investor Relations and Financial Planning & Analysis at Switch, a leading technology infrastructure company that provides data center solutions to global enterprises. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing the company\'s financial strategy, planning, reporting, and analysis, as well as communicating the company\'s vision, value proposition, and growth opportunities to the investment community. After joining the company one year following its IPO, I successfully architected the firm\'s investor relations program and developed a blueprint for investor targeting, led quarterly earnings calls and investor events, and delivered insightful and compelling presentations to institutional investors and sell-side analysts. Additional responsibilities included ownership of the firm\'s internal revenue and P&L forecast, annual budgeting and variance analysis, and oversight of treasury functions, including liquidity forecasting and debt capital markets activities.Prior to joining Switch, I spent 10+ years as an equity analyst with a broad range of sector coverage including both buy-side and sell-side roles.
