As CEO of the Greater Grenada Partnership and its affiliated organizations—including the Lake District Partnership, Grenada Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Grenada Foundation for Economic Development—I lead all community and economic development initiatives for Grenada County.My role involves strategic planning, industrial recruitment, site development, and direct coordination with C-suite executives, government agencies, and private capital. I manage thousands of acres of industrial, commercial, residential, and recreational properties with the goal of maximizing regional economic potential.Key Achievements:Attracted $8+ billion in capital investment across 30+ major projects.Spearheaded the creation of over new jobs for the area.Secured over $42 million in infrastructure and workforce grants.Generated an estimated $3.2 billion in annual economic impact.Led the $400 million Hollingsworth Industrial Park development, which will add 14 new industrial facilities and is projected to generate $16+ billion in long-term economic output.Helped orchestrate the success of the Grenada Railroad revitalization, now producing over $200M in annual revenue and supporting the movement of $1B+ in freight.I use a data-driven, high-impact approach—targeting 300+ companies annually and engaging 52 directly, leading to a current pipeline of 168 active industrial projects totaling more than committed jobs and $2B in future capital deployment.
