Development, implementation and execution of all loss prevention and asset management programs within the Variety Wholesaler’s enterprise.•Executes and evaluates the results of, and compliance to, shrink related and operational processes for the company regularly and systematically. •Supports and cultivates a vibrant safety culture within the Variety Wholesaler’s enterprise.•Serves as an excellent business partner to store operations and other internal customers. •Conducts training on Loss Prevention policies and procedures at all levels, Store Associates, Store Managers and fellow District Managers.•Initiate and conduct investigations for all major policy violations with specific attention to dishonest activity.•Coordinate all physical security for stores within assigned districts; directs training for, and proper utilization of, electronic surveillance equipment and other security devices; provides necessary Loss Prevention consultation and technical assistance to Store Management.•Conducts store visits and audits to support and evaluate operational compliance and identify policy and procedural violations to positively impact store profitability. This includes shrink reduction, asset management, and the overall evaluation of safety compliance from a regional perspective.•Executes inventory process and remediation.
