I have nearly 30 years of engineering and maintenance experience primarily in the food and beverage industry. I have been blessed to be able to work alongside great people who have taught me the keys to designing, executing, and operating first class manufacturing systems. During this journey I have built a wide breadth of knowledge in baking, snacks, potato processing, meat processing, frozen food, milling, and brewing. My technical skills include project management, process design, packaging, utility systems, ammonia refrigeration, facilities infrastructure, and material handling systems. I\'m excited to continue expanding my breadth and depth of knowledge and skills while helping to deliver world class execution of capital projects.
