Undertaking timely appraisals in support of professional development and performance. • Reviewing financial performance regularly and designing requisite sales and operational plans to ensure all objectives are met. • Designing and distributing regular reports to senior management with associated commentary. • Undertaking regular research to ensure the centre remains competitive in the market place. Establishing and maintaining contact with various publications to drive outreach and awareness of services offered.
