Inspect, operate and maintain the Transmission Substation Auxiliary services such as Low voltage switchboards and switchgear,110/48vDC battery systems, Standby generators.Working closely with Substation Maintenance teams building strong working relationship to assist Operations and Maintenance Management in coordinating and delivering all aspects of inspection, repairs and maintenance activities within the specific discipline.I take responsibility for hands-on management of a wide range of high value, Network critical electrical assets.I also have to interpret and analyse various forms of inspection data from both internal and external sources, taking ownership and management for remediation, rectification and or replacement of key components to ensure the ongoing safe and efficient operation of the Transmission network.
