I examine these at the levels of both policy and implementation- Analysis of autonomous platforms and their implications for defense strategy and the practicalities of military operations- Proposed and led evaluation of multimodal large language models for knowledge management, knowledge preservation, and workforce training in key national security industry- Developed of reinforcement learning agent for defensive asset allocation to support alternative policy analysis and AI adoption- Facilitated expert convenings and tabletop exercises.
