ABOUT MATTHEW GLOMBICK

I am passionate about helping organizations improve their bottom-line by developing their people. My unique educational background and experience in not-for-profit organizations and business enables me to understand what motivates people towards positive change, and how businesses can engage the marketplace to maximize the value they add.My career journey thus far has been focused on starting new ventures and innovating within existing organizations. I take initiative to gather and analyze information that is most impactful for decision-making, and communicate a compelling vision for change. I also recognize that change rarely occurs in isolation, and excel at developing leaders and teams that effectively implement strategies for growth.People who have worked with me in the past have noted my integrity, work ethic, commitment to excellence, and ability to inspire others. I have effectively demonstrated skills in strategic planning, business modelling (lean startup method), leadership training and development, networking, public speaking and writing, fundraising, financial management, and administration.
