My professional experiences include healthcare, education, social work / social service administration, and mental health counseling / therapy. I also am a co-owner of a care / case management and counseling / therapy practice. Throughout my experiences, I have worked in tandem with all levels of an organization, the people served, and the community & agencies / organizations that influence the overall wellbeing of the organization & stakeholders. I have been involved in leadership teams where goals have been to continue & expand quality care & services and ensure the vitality of the organization; while ensuring that the mission & vision is maintained as well as standards of care & service delivery, customer relations, people management, financial management, & regulatory / accreditation / association requirements are met / exceeded.Many of my experiences I have combined administration & clinical skills, as well as, program development and mangement including field education field interns, facilitator / trainer for continuous learning of staff & colleagues and clinical supervision. We have over 40 years of professional experience in elder health care management & support services. Our goal is to help our clients obtain & maintain the highest level of well-being / quality of life in any setting. We provide professional services in elder health care services including case / care management, care coordination, care planning, guidance in health care decision making & are liaisons between the client, family, and providers. We also offer consulting services / independent contract work.As a LCSW-QS I also offer counseling & therapy services in long-term care & assisted living facilities as well as in office / telehealth at Compass Counseling Associates since being founded over 10 years ago by two colleagues. I also am a Qualified Supervisor for master level social workers (RCSWI) seeking licensure.
