   Circuit board design, including schematic capture, symbol/footprint creation, and layout (Orcad/Cadence) Prototype and assemble prototype PCBA\'s (soldering, hot air, etc) Make CPLD changes as necessary/ debug as necessary for Altera/Xilinx parts, using ABEL/ Altera Quartus Responsible for System Schematic for top development project Support design transfer process with CM\'s as needed Work with outside vendors to simpify and improve existing assemblies from an Electrical Perspective Design Functional Tester architecture and board set to test in-house designed PCBA\'s Support Research group with prototype electronics, firmware (C) and software (C#) for proof of concepts Support Systems, Software, Integration, Optics, and Mechanical teams as needed across projects Work with Mechanical team to provision for Electronics, cabling, etc. Debug electrical issues as needed across products Rework in-house test machines as needed to represent latest hardware (hot air, soldering, etc.) Support Manufacturing fixtures, including making software changes (C++) Assist in making harnessing, assembling prototype machines, and bringing them up Work through EOL issues for Electrical components as needed Review and provide feedback for final run & test documents ECO\'s using Agile and Oracle PD including pulling part numbers, making drawings, redline drawings, etc.
