Capture program and project schedules in Microsoft Project and additional software to assist the project manager •Develop monitoring methods for project progress and mediation/problem solving with Program Manager, leads, and customers •Assist directing a successful outcome of Top-Secret military aircraft modifications by supporting all members of the project team •Attend planning meetings and drive the discussion of time and resources to ensure projects stay on budget and succeed on time •Coordinate and perform monthly maintenance reviews with key leadership with an continuous evolving schedule •Run critical path analysis, risk analysis, set baselines, petition for updates, and partner with Program lead for project oversight
