ABOUT MATTHEW FITTON
I have 23 years experience of warehousing/ logistics development primarily across the North West and Yorkshire markets. Based at the Manchester office of PLP I take schemes from inception to completion whilst managing the entire development process including land acquisition, planning, managing design teams, development appraisal and cost control, marketing through to subsequent investment sale. I have developed over 2 million sq ft of warehousing space most recently at PLP Smithywood in Sheffield a sq ft warehouse facility leased to Advanced Supply Chain Group shortly after practical completion, I also developed PLP Wakefield a sq ft scheme leased to Amazon at practical completion whilst at PLP Ellesmere Port I have just delivered sq ft of speculative space. Prior to this I developed sq ft at Port Salford for Great Bear Logistics and sq ft for Rhenus Logistics, at Liverpool International Business Park I developed a sq ft speculative unit, now leased to GEFCO.
