Main BRECO headquarters is in Millville, NJ with satellite facility in Orlando, Fl.Update and revise employee handbook, in addition to creating and implementing company-wide policy and procedure manual. I am also the main contact for employee issues, new hires, discipline issues and employee compensation. I updated and implemented all safety planning and training programs for compliance with local, state and federal rules, OSHA regulations and laws for specialty Logistics Company which does both intra-state and interstate transportation of corporate assets for Wawa Corporation. Have also taken on review of all vendor contracts (Verizon, Waste Management etc.) and did five (5) year review of expenditures and negotiated cost saving contracts moving forward which had been unchecked for several years.
