Working with RDSI Program Managers to compile spend plans for multiple contracts aligned to the individual Sub-Line-Item Number (SLIN) to estimate, balance, and accurately report hours and dollars to Government representatives.Develop and provide accurate projections for Estimate at Complete (EAC) to project when additional hours or resources may be required to complete tasking. Educate and manage customers on change management strategies and help guide them through daily obstacles.Lead key customer-facing meetings and actively contribute to project discussions.Provide monthly status reporting for all task instructions under contract to ensure SOWs are met.Strategize and consult with NUWC customers to provide labor, travel, and material estimates to ensure budgets are properly managed and maintained. Conduct and lead all meetings with RDSI workforce to ensure projects were completed on schedule. Approve all material quotes and purchases; see through procurements from obtaining a quote to creating the 1149.Tracking weekly Network Activity (NWA) expenditures, provide weekly undistributed, unapplied & suspense NWA Reports, and create NWA’s.
