I lead a team of recruiters at Intuit, a global leader in financial software. We connect exceptional talent with great opportunities and drive strategic recruitment initiatives for TurboTax Live, a platform that provides personalized tax advice and assistance from experts. With six years of experience in the accounting and finance industry, I have developed strong skills in recruiting, sales, and human resource management. In my first season as a Lead, my team was responsible for the most hires across five groups, with 2,037 agents hired for TurboTax. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Management from Illinois State University, with concentrations in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management.
