My professional and personal experiences over 23 years in the energy sector have taught me a lot about myself. Perhaps the biggest lesson is that I enjoy giving back and sharing experiences with others. I\'ve learned that leaders must always have time to lend an ear to a colleague or team member.To share their experiences and offer advice when solicited.To help others grow and develop as leaders. To complement this undeniable truth, I\'ve learned the following:I Can Learn: I am often asked why I made the jump from nuclear to oil & gas and again to renewables. Was it simply an itch? No, my inclination to take on new challenges comes from an insatiable desire to learn about different parts of a sector that powers humans and their endeavors across the globe. Energy is a primary ingredient in our lives, and I am humbled each day to have the unique opportunity to work and lead across this amazing industry. I live by the mantra,\"Never settle.never get comfortable.\"I Can Align:Whether it\'s as an influencer and \"team of one\" or a leader of a large community of over 100 experienced professionals, I put in the time to align all stakeholders around a set of goals and objectives that enable business delivery. I have a passion for the spoken and written word. I can take complex topics and develop a motivating narrative that works in the C-suite and the front line.
