About Matthew Rosen
A designer, inventor, and engineer, I’m inspired by creative approaches to difficult social and environmental problems. I recently founded Haystack Ag, with a goal of removing key barriers to the adoption of regenerative land management practices.Previously, I studied mechanical engineering at Tufts, and afterwards, led and supported teams at Global Good/Intellectual Ventures Laboratory (now GH Labs/Gates Ventures), where I worked on technology-based solutions to challenging issues in global health and global development. Following that, I completed masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Integrated Design and Management at MIT and the Sloan School, where I founded Haystack Ag.I’m particularly passionate about music, food, community, travel, and most anything outdoors.
