   Peloton project work, OpenWells -> WellView data migration, Peloton on prem -> SaaS migration. • Assisting with the Bonanza/High Point/Extraction/Crestone mergers to Civitas Resources. • Serves as the liaison between business owners and technology vendors in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. • Responsible for 20+ Applications for support, upgrades and managing application selection some are on premises and some are SaaS. • Documents business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and system processes in designing application capabilities. • Helps install / configure applications and databases. • Translates high level business application requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. • Facilitates and participates in system testing to validate business requirements and ensure that application capabilities fit into the overall application strategy and technology framework. • Monitors system performance, licensing usage and resolves issues and bugs. • Plans, guides, executes and documents upgrades, patches and other changes to systems. • Helps manage performance of technology vendors. • Performs other related duties and/or special projects as required. • Provides / coordinates end user training. • Provides daily application and systems support including after-hours assistance during upgrades and business emergencies. • Relative application experience includes, but not limited to, Peloton, Petra, Aries, ArcGIS, Cygnet, FMS, Landmark, Halliburton, Schlumberger, and IHS applications. • Maintain Applications by supporting the user, liaison with vendor, and upgrading the application. • Experience in working on multiple assignments during the same time frame and juggling tasks based on relative priorities with supervision.
