Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC (under construction)- luxury mixed-use development that includes a 42-story, 409-unit residential tower, and a 34-story office tower.University of Chicago Campus South Mixed Use Facility, Chicago, IL (completed January 2023)- 4-level parking structure with 323 parking spaces, a parking office, elevator lobbies, a meeting/community room, and support space for the adjacent athletic field. MetroSouth Alternate Care Facility, Blue Island, IL (completed April 2020)- emergency conversion and reactivation of the MetroSouth Medical Center into an alternate care facility to provide additional capacity to treat COVID-19 patients if area hospitals were to become overwhelmed. The project was completed for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Albion at Oak Park, Oak Park, IL (completed November 2019)- 19 story, 265 unit luxury apartment building for Albion Residential, LLC. Wintrust Arena (McCormick Place Event Center), Chicago, IL (completed September 2017)-$150 million, Design/Build, sf, 10,500 seat arena at the McCormick Place Convention Center. Wintrust Arena is home to Depaul University Basketball and the WNBA’s Chicago Sky.
