I lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that span executive reporting, product launches, and operational optimization, partnering directly with senior product managers, GTM, FP & A, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to strengthen decision-making frameworks. My work centers on building sustainable analytics culture and standardizing business metrics that enable better ROI evaluation, R&D investment decisions, and strategic planning. Through project-based leadership and systematic process design, I develop organizational capabilities that improve cross-departmental coordination, reduce operational friction, and translate complex data insights into actionable frameworks for product strategy.
