I’m passionate about helping community bankers navigate the fast-changing world of financial technology. As CEO of Bankers Helping Bankers (BHB), I get to do exactly that — connect bankers across the country to share insights, ideas, and solutions that move our industry forward. Before joining BHB in 2022, I spent nearly two decades leading technology initiatives for community banks throughout Texas and Oklahoma. I’ve worked on everything from IT infrastructure and vendor management to fintech partnerships and process improvement. That experience taught me how powerful technology can be when it’s aligned with the mission of serving customers and communities. I’m just as comfortable in the server room as I am in the boardroom — and I believe that’s where real progress happens, when strategy and execution come together. My goal at BHB is simple: to help community banks embrace innovation, collaborate fearlessly, and thrive in the future of banking.
