I currently lead the commercial function across the Western Hemisphere and hold global ownership of commercial processes, tools and document standards. Before stepping into this position, I spent six years developing and implementing operational processes, cost-tracking systems and training programs to support consistent project delivery throughout the region. I also acted as the global stakeholder for operations process design and improvement.In the commercial role, I focus on building scalable, repeatable systems that strengthen bid quality, improve internal alignment and support revenue growth. This includes the creation of new commercial workflows, pricing sheets, tools and internal development to raise capability levels across the commercial team. I work closely with regional leadership on bid strategy, risk management and proposal oversight, while ensuring alignment with operational constraints and strategic objectives.
