I launched Pace Academy to create the kind of school I believe every child deserves—one where learning is personal, purposeful, and rooted in relationships. My vision is to fundamentally change the character of K–12 education into one that centers joy, personal growth, and human flourishing.At Pace, students engage in rich, learner-driven experiences that support whole-person development—academically, socially, and emotionally. I’ve been privileged to design our learning model, build systems that help children and adults thrive, and foster a culture where families feel seen, supported, and truly part of the journey. It’s the most meaningful work I’ve ever done.
