My job is to identify, develop and facilitate the implementation of business opportunities and service developments with existing and potential customers.I am responsible for all sales and on time service activities as set down by the KPI target for team and individual performance. I am directly responsible for a team of 8 which consists of 2 sales reps and 6 service engineers, my role is to manage, monitor and inspect their daily activity to ensure that all services are carried out correctly and on time and that the sales team maintain a sales pipeline which can deliver an individual sales target of 5.5k per month
