As a Program Manager within the EHS & S National Practice of EA Engineering, Science and Technology, Inc, PBC, my focus is providing EHS & S consulting services to clients in a wide array of industries. My initial focus has been on EH & S compliance and management system assignments in the power, aviation, and manufacturing sectors and will be based in the Warwick, Rhode Island office.As a Senior Corporate EH & S Manger at CVS Health, I had responsibility for environmental reporting and permitting for the entire facility enterprise. In this role, I led a team of environmental professionals and two outside consulting firms to ensure that CVS’s legal obligations pertaining to EPCRA Tier II reporting, hazardous waste reporting, stormwater permitting, air permit compliance, storage tank management and SPCC planning were met. Additionally, I was involved in the initial roll-out of CVS\'s EH & S Management System.Previously and as a Group Leader/Program Manager in CB & I’s (formerly Shaw Environmental, Inc.) Canton, Massachusetts office, my responsibilities included ensuring staff in my group met certain operational matrices, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on assignments throughout the United States, developing new business, managing multi-state programs/projects involving as many as twenty scientists/engineers and leading Environmental, Health and Safety compliance and management system audits of complex manufacturing and utility sector facilities. My specific areas of expertise as an environmental consultant included: supply chain evaluations, litigation support, training, ISO 14001/45001 management system implementation, environmental compliance and management system auditing, and developing and implementing programs to assist Fortune 500 companies to meet their environmental regulatory legal obligations,Prior to CB & I, I was a Principal Engineer/Project Manager at the Cambridge, Massachusetts office of Camp Dresser & McKee (now CDM Smith). In this role, I was responsible for managing consulting assignments for a wide range of industry sectors related to soil/groundwater assessment/remediation, ISO 14001/18001 Environmental Health and Safety Management Systems implementation, EH & S program compliance development and enforcement action support.
