As a Regional Facilities Manager at TD, I oversee the facilities and operations of over 1 million square feet of commercial office space, amenity areas, computer equipment rooms and related critical infrastructure. I have more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, managing capital and operational projects, coordinating and scheduling various trades groups, and maintaining a pristine state of the facilities.I am formerly a certified security and fire safety professional. I have successfully created and implemented security standards, policies, and procedures, and responded to emergencies, alarms, and breaches in a complex with over 5 million visitors a year. I am also skilled in team building, training, and management, and have a bachelor\'s degree in criminal investigations. My mission is to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all the employees, guests, and customers of TD.
