About Matthew Delmartini

I am a master\'s recipient with working experience in high school athletics, college athletics, AAU basketball, professional sports, and parks & community services. My passion is to closely work with young individuals and student-athletes, and my goal is to use sport and recreation as a vehicle to enhance their self-growth and help create an avenue to reach their personal aspirations. In pursuit of my passion I have held roles as a leader, supervisor, trainer, ambassador, coordinator and coach. I have been heavily engrained in event administration and operations as a byproduct of working in sport and recreation, and I am skilled in the planning, coordination, and implementation of programs and activities for students, athletes, community members, etc. Managing events and programs has also provided me with several opportunities to observe, evaluate, restructure, and improve the participant/consumer product. I am also skilled in customer service, community relations and public speaking, and I enjoy and thrive in building personal relationships through fostering trust and comfort. I believe that sustaining personal connections and creating an exceptional personal brand and company/organization brand in the eyes of the public are key pillars to ultimate success.
