As a third-generation retailer I have abundant experience in retail operations and marketing. In 1983 I conceptualized a specialty Denver retail concept, which grew to six stores within three years, and in 1997 I sold the concept, transitioning into commercial real estate. Today I continue to focus on retail properties and utilize my experience to advise some great retailers and restaurants, assisting tenants and occupiers both nationally and regionally. I developed a platform for national franchisors which provides succinct and efficient market strategy, site selection and transaction management. This multi-market exposure allows me to recognize market trends, advise my clients on the potential impacts and strategize with them to mitigate risk. For the last decade, I have successfully grown my business along the Colorado Front Range, representing tenants and developing relationships that open many doors for my clients.
